The Fortini Reward Scheme (the “Scheme”) is managed by Nutricia Limited t/a Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition, whose registered office is at Newmarket Avenue, Whitehorse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 0X (“Nutricia”).
Nutricia does not sell, trade or rent a Scheme Member’s personal information to others. Any personal data collected relating to members (or their child/children) will be used solely for the purposes of the Scheme or for providing Scheme Members with information about our brands, products and services and for internal analysis at Nutricia. From time to time Nutricia may contact Scheme Members to offer information about products, programmes or services that Nutricia believes may be of interest to Scheme Members.
Nutricia will then send a sticker card, set of stickers and pre-paid envelope to the address on the Scheme Member’s registration form.
Every day your child finishes his/her Fortini drink, get him/her to select a sticker (from the stickers provided) and place it on one of the blanks on your child’s sticker card. If your child misses a day, please continue once your child completes his/her next Fortini drink.
Once a sticker card is complete, send it back to Nutricia in the pre-paid envelope that you will have received with the sticker card and stickers.
If you want to receive another sticker card, set of stickers and pre-paid envelope, tick the relevant box on the sticker card along with your child’s name and address details.
Once Nutricia receives a Scheme Member’s completed sticker card, it will send a surprise gift to the Scheme Member’s address provided on the registration form. Nutricia will use reasonable endeavours to send this gift to the Scheme Member within 14 working days of receipt of the completed sticker card.
Maximum of one full sticker card per calendar month per child.
It is the responsibility of the Scheme Member to ensure that the details provided on their registration form is complete, accurate and remains up to date.
Incomplete, illegible or misdirected sticker cards will not be accepted. Nutricia accepts no responsibility if sticker cards are lost in the post or are not received or delayed. Proof of sending by a Scheme Member will not be taken as proof of receipt by Nutricia.
Nutricia will not be responsible for surprise gifts that are not delivered as a result of a Scheme Member providing an incorrect address or the failure of third party carriers.
The Scheme, promotions under the Scheme (including but not limited to sticker cards and surprise gifts) and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
